Remember how much fun we had in grade school when our teachers gave out Dot to Dot work sheets? Dottie's "Dot to Dot "has taken this one step further by creating a book for adults. I know what you're thinking... A book for adults? Well, after looking through it, I have to say Yes. The front cover states that there are " puzzles from 156 to 563 Dots ", but I would think, a child,12 and over, could tackle these.When I showed it to my wife, she latched on to it and I had trouble getting it back! She said it would be fun to work in this book. If you are a colorist, sometimes you just don't feel like coloring. So, you grab this book and connect the dots. You could then color the picture, or move on to the next. I have to give this book 5 stars for what it is, A relaxation tool and a "just for fun" puzzle book.
if you have already bought any volume in this collection, dont waste your money buying a second one. I had purchased volume 2, and as it was over, I decided to purchase a second volume (namely,this one). Im not kidding: more than HALF of the drawings here BELONG to volume 2. Well, i didnt want the same puzzles, I bought a new one so I could solve new puzzles. I wont buy any other from this collection unless someone PROVES me that ALL the puzzles contained in this allegedly new volume are truly new. Do yourself a favor and look out for other sources, editors, publishers, or scenarios.
I love Dots-to-Dots, just haven't had a chance to get into this book yet. Am definitely looking forward to it. Helps everyone, no matter what age with everything and every situation and you may have. Definitely give it a try. And, don't let the first puzzle stop you. Start with the easy one first and go from there. You will see just how much fun these are.
I am pleasantly surprised at how nice the quality of this workbook is; 40 beautiful puzzles with an answer key in the back. It's very nice that the book comes with a link to access the same puzzles via pdf so they can be printed and worked on again. So relaxing and fun! I would highly recommend this book!
This book was a little disappointing. First I like books to have the rings ability for turning pages with the spiral coil. Second it is nice to have the star or something indicating the end of the trail. Third the pages are not numbered for reference. Other than that the numbers were clear and easy to follow. I also like many of the pictures.
How fun is this dot to dot. Nice large print. I really liked looking at this page of dots and numbers, then you start connecting and you get to that point and all of a sudden you have that aha moment and you see the picture. Also like having the option to color the picture once the dots are connected. And if that's not enough you can download and print so you can do it again. Relaxing and a Great Value! I would definitely purchase again from this artist and publisher.
This is perfect to do in my spare time; I find it relaxing. I noticed on some of the pages, the numbers were incorrect (i.e. the numbers went from the 100s to the 300s and the 200s were skipped). There is an answer key to assist with this confusion.
