Don't waste your time. All the "insights" shared in this book are the equivalent of "water is wet." It reads like a poorly written homework assignment from a high school freshman. They suckered me to buy this garbage - don't you get sucked in too!!!!
This book is a complete rip off. Half the book is the same information that can be found right on eBay itself. The other half is poor recommendations about how to interact with buyers and where to find inventory to sell. No wonder Greg did not want his complete name authoring this pamphlet... I wouldn't want mine attached to it either.
I give 1 star because this book very very common sense. You can search from google and read it. Don't buy it.
Rather common sense approach to eBay selling. Nothing inspiring. Couldn't tell you why the title says "How to make $10,000 per month selling stuff on eBay" when it's just as basic as it gets; I could have written this book with my same knowledge of the site. A little disappointing.
While I found this publication to be little more than an overview of selling on eBay with no new insights or new information. The author demonstrated one key recomendation regarding that a good picture and title drives business. What's missing is all of the "How to .." resources that I expected. I was looking for how to's such as; setting up a store, what shipping options (and associated costs) to factor in, and considerations on different payment options.
this book is very basic at times and at others its hard to understand. its as if hes talking to someone whos never used ebay before then all of a sudden is giving tips to a proffesion. a begginer on ebay is not gonna track the busy times of a store. in my opinion this was a crappy buy
Not only was this book poorly written, but there was very little information that had any value. The grammar was often poor. It often appeared as if English was not the author's first language. Example: "There are a few points that one needs to take cognizance of, before zoning in on the actual products". There was also frequent use of trite cliche's. Poor command of the English language was not the biggest problem, however. This book did not give any specific information relative to selling on ebay. I think the book could have been written by someone who has never been a seller on ebay at all. In fact, the information provided was so general that it could have been describing selling anything anywhere. There has to be a reason why the author or the publisher of the book is not provided.
The writer is sincere in his desire to offer tips and tricks...that is the true focus of this very short book. I have been an eBay shopper for years and nothing here was really new to me. Based on the title I was expecting more in depth information regarding the business end beyond listing and sale. This book doesn't go there. Having said that, if you need a few pointers on how to list and ship your treasures, this is worth the dollar it costs.Note: English grammar is not the strong point of this author. Be prepared to reread longer sentences in order to understand their point.
